Any JPG, PNG or WebP up to 4 MB works. For the sharpest print, use a photo at least 1000 px on its shortest side with the subject roughly centred — you can reposition and zoom it in the editor.

Yes. The editor has Front and Back tabs that update live as you type. The back carries your bio or story, your stats and a unique serial.

A sealed acrylic display case with a printed topper label showing your card title, edition badge and serial — the way graded collectibles are presented. It is included with the Vault Edition and an optional add-on on other products.

Standard production ships in 5–7 business days. Rush production, where offered, ships in 2 business days. Shipping time is on top of that and depends on the method you choose at checkout.

Your order locks a snapshot of the design at checkout so production uses exactly what you approved. Contact us within 24 hours if you need a change and we will do our best before it goes to print.

The preview is a faithful layout of your card, but screens and print differ slightly in colour. Final artwork is prepared for print by our team from your saved design data.
