Custom products are made to order, so here is how we make things right.
Made to order
Because each card is personalised, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged or defective
If your card arrives damaged, mis-cut or with a print defect, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will reprint it free of charge.
Design errors
Please check spelling and photo placement in the preview before ordering. We print exactly what you approve.
